I am Brian Walker, a UX and product designer based in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. I have spent years designing software and workflows that make people’s jobs easier, including transportation and logistics platforms, invoicing tools, and small business systems.
Hometown AI Services is my way of bringing that experience to local and independent businesses: using AI and automation to remove the boring, repetitive work so you and your team can focus on the parts of the business that actually need a human.

Do I need to understand AI or Zapier to use this?
No. I design and build everything for you. You only need to know what you want to stop doing manually and where the information should end up.
What tools do you use?
Usually a mix of Gmail, Google Sheets, Zapier, and OpenAI. If you already use other tools, we will look at connecting those.
Is my data safe?
We use secure, mainstream tools and I will walk you through how your data flows. If you prefer to keep everything inside Google, we can design around that.
What if something breaks?
If you are on a support plan, I handle fixes and adjustments. If you are not, I can quote one off fixes as needed.
What if I am not sure what to automate?
That is what the free call is for. We can walk through your week, find the bottlenecks, and I will suggest where automation makes the most sense.
